Creator Submission Policy & Content Authorization Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

By submitting a video to pokerfacetest.com, you ("the Creator") enter into a binding legal agreement with Poker Face Test ("the Platform"). This agreement governs the submission, authorization, and use of your video content on our platform.

By checking the authorization checkbox and submitting your video, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term outlined in this policy.

2. Ownership Declaration

By submitting a video, you explicitly declare and warrant that:

You are the original creator and sole owner of the submitted video
The social media account from which the video originates belongs to you personally
The handle associated with your submission is your own and not impersonated or borrowed
You have not submitted content belonging to another creator, brand, or entity
The content within the video does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to: music, trademarks, logos, footage, or other copyrighted material

Any false declaration of ownership constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

3. Authorization Grant

By submitting your video, you grant Poker Face Test a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Embed your video within our platform using the official embed tools of the originating social media platform (TikTok, YouTube)
Display your creator handle and credit your content publicly on our platform
Feature your video as part of our game challenges and library
Promote your video and handle across our marketing channels

This license does not transfer ownership of your content. You retain full ownership of your video at all times.

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of the originating platform, including but not limited to:

Poker Face Test holds no responsibility for any violations of third-party platform terms committed by the Creator. If your content violates the terms of the originating platform and results in its removal, your submission will be automatically removed from our platform without prior notice.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to:

Know and comply with the terms of the platform your content is hosted on
Ensure your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
Ensure your content does not contain prohibited material including but not limited to: hate speech, violence, adult content, or illegal activity

5. Content Removal

Poker Face Test reserves the right to remove any submitted video at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of this policy
Removal of the original video from the source platform
User reports of policy violation
Legal requests from copyright holders or authorities
Our sole discretion

Removal of your video does not entitle you to any compensation or notice.

6. Indemnification

By submitting content, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poker Face Test, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your submission of content you do not own
Your violation of third-party platform terms
Any intellectual property infringement contained within your submission
Any false declaration made during the submission process

7. Misrepresentation Consequences

Submitting content that does not belong to you, or providing false information during submission, may result in:

Immediate removal of your creator account
Permanent ban from the platform
Legal action for fraud and intellectual property infringement
Reporting to the originating social media platform

8. No Liability for Platform Changes

Poker Face Test embeds videos using the official embed tools provided by TikTok and YouTube. We are not responsible for:

Changes to third-party platform embed policies
Videos becoming unavailable due to platform decisions
Technical issues caused by third-party platform updates
Any revenue loss or visibility changes on the originating platform resulting from embedding
