Poker Face Test is a browser-based AI-powered game that uses your device's webcam to analyze facial expressions in real time. The service includes three game modes: Image Challenge, Live Face-Off, and Video Challenge. The service is provided free of charge for personal entertainment purposes.

4. Camera and Device Access

To use Poker Face Test, you must grant permission for the application to access your device's camera. By granting this permission you acknowledge that:

• All camera processing happens locally in your browser
• No video, images, or audio are recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers
• You can revoke camera access at any time through your browser settings
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the camera on the device you are using

5. Entertainment Purpose Only

Poker Face Test is designed exclusively for entertainment. The facial expression analysis is performed by a client-side machine learning model and is not medically or scientifically validated. Results must not be used for any professional, medical, diagnostic, psychological, or evaluative purpose. Scores and tier labels are for entertainment only and do not reflect any clinical assessment of emotional state or intelligence.

6. Third-Party Embedded Content

Our Video Challenge feature embeds videos from YouTube and TikTok using their official embed APIs. By using the Video Challenge:

• You acknowledge that embedded content is hosted on and served by YouTube and TikTok
• You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service when interacting with their embedded content
• We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party videos

7. Creator Content and Submissions

If you are a content creator submitting videos to our platform:

• You confirm you are the original creator and owner of the submitted content
• You grant Poker Face Test a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to embed your content
• Your content complies with the terms of the originating platform
• You take full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from your submission

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Poker Face Test responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify scores
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the software
• Use the service to harass, harm, or exploit other users
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or infrastructure
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Impersonate other users on the leaderboard

9. Leaderboard and User Content

By submitting your username and score to the leaderboard you grant us permission to display that information publicly. We reserve the right to remove any username that is offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.

10. Commercial Use

Poker Face Test is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify the game or its assets
• Create derivative works based on our software or brand
• Use our platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, logos, and intellectual property related to Poker Face Test are owned by or licensed to us. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Poker Face Test name and brand
• The NinjaGaze brand and ninja mascot
• All original artwork, animations, and theme imagery
• The scoring algorithm and game mechanics

You may not use our name, logo, or brand assets without explicit written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Poker Face Test is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Poker Face Test is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party embedded videos
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for a free service is zero

14. Indemnification
